Terms of Service

Last updated: July 29, 2026

1. Who this applies to

DMARCcore is a DMARC, SPF and DKIM monitoring product operated by TheBRHub ("we", "us"). These terms apply to anyone who creates an account or otherwise uses DMARCcore (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Early access

DMARCcore is currently in early access. It is provided free of charge during this period, with no paid tier and no billing in place. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice while the product is in this stage. If a paid tier is introduced later, you will be notified before any billing begins.

3. Your account

You must provide a real, working email address to register. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any organization you register on behalf of.

4. Domains you monitor

DMARCcore is built for monitoring domains you own, manage, or are otherwise authorized to monitor on behalf of a client. By adding a domain to the Service, you confirm you have that authorization. Adding a domain you are not authorized to monitor, or using the Service to interfere with a domain's mail flow without authorization, is not permitted.

5. Client and organization data you enter

If you use DMARCcore as an agency to track your own clients (contact details, notes, and similar records), you are responsible for having the right to store and process that information, and for complying with any obligations you have to those clients regarding their data.

6. Acceptable use

7. Data export and deletion

You can export your organization's data at any time from Settings, and you can permanently delete your organization and all associated data at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

8. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. During early access in particular, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and DMARC/SPF/DKIM report ingestion depends on mail receivers actually sending aggregate reports to the address DMARCcore issues, which is outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheBRHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any mail delivery issue, DNS misconfiguration, or enforcement action you take based on data shown in the Service. DMARCcore reports on your email authentication posture; it does not act on your DNS records without your action.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, including the acceptable use section above.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves out of early access. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction have not been finalized yet. This section will be completed before DMARCcore exits early access.
